Week 3 Morning Session- You Toucan Have Fun! an 80’s baking adventure

Understand that students attending camp will be exposed to a variety of kitchen equipment and tools and will be teaching kitchen safety. Sugar Drop is not liable for anyone harmed during camp using equipment. Sugar Drop is also a full working bakery and cannot accommodate dietary restrictions including but not limited to dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts. Sugar Drop does operate with a Nut Free facility. Parents are welcome to ask about any labels or brands of products used throughout camp.

As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19, also known as “Coronavirus,” at any time or in any place. Sugar Drop implements all state and local mandates and regulations currently in effect respecting COVID-19 in an effort to reduce the likelihood of spreading COVID-19 in its store; however, Sugar Drop cannot guarantee that you or your child(ren) will not become infected with COVID-19. Furthermore, attending an activity at Sugar Drop could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending any Sugar Drop activity. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my child(ren)’s attendance at Sugar Drop’s store (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my child(ren), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Sugar Drop, its employees, agents, and representatives, from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
