Sugar Drop is excited to offer Buttercream 101. In this basic class you will learn techniques and tips on the following:

• Baking layers for a cake
• Filling a Piping Bag
• Buttercream Consistencies
• Covering and Smoothing Cake
• Basic round techniques

Recipes will be included for the perfect buttercream and chocolate cake.
Guests will need to bring a turntable. All other supplies are included in the cost of 65.00.

Refunds and Cancellations
Sugar Drop reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. A full refund will be issued if Sugar Drop must cancel a class for these reasons and will notify students 48 hours prior if a class will be cancelled due to low enrollment.

If you need to withdraw from a class, a 48 hour notice must be given and a 5% credit card processing feel will be deducted from your total. If you neglect to show for class or cancel your enrollment within 48 hours you will not be issued a refund.
